Buyer and order
The buyer is the person placing an order through the website. Identity, contact, billing, order date and
order number information is collected during purchase and included in the order record. The order
summary provided before payment forms an integral part of this form.
Main features
The website offers a single one-to-one training session, an eight-session training package, one month of
VIP Coaching and the WHAT I EAT e-book. Training and coaching are intended for women. Sessions last
50–60 minutes and take place online or, depending on the provider’s location and availability, in person in
Cappadocia or Koh Samui. VIP Coaching includes a goal-setting consultation, a personalised training
programme, weekly reviews, and awareness and discipline support. The e-book contains personal eating
experiences, shopping lists and recipes, and is delivered by email in the selected Turkish or English
language. The scope, delivery method, validity dates and digital product’s technical features are
presented in the product description and order summary before payment.
Price and payment
The unit price, quantity, discounts, total price including taxes and any additional costs for the selected
product or service are shown in the order summary before payment. The payment currency, any
exchange-rate calculation and the selected payment method are disclosed before payment is completed.
The order summary is provided to the buyer on a durable medium. No physical shipment is involved.
Confirming the order creates an obligation to pay.
Service and delivery
For training or coaching orders, the buyer is contacted within 24 hours to schedule an appointment; the
first service date is agreed with the buyer. The e-book is sent to the email address specified in the order
within 24 hours. A single session, the eight-session package and VIP Coaching are valid for one month
from purchase; if consent for an early start is not given, the start date and package schedule are adjusted
accordingly. Each session lasts 50–60 minutes. The scope of additional one-to-one meetings included in
VIP Coaching is disclosed before payment. Requests to cancel or reschedule a session must be
communicated at least 12 hours before the agreed session time. A booking cancelled with less notice, or a
booking the client does not attend, is counted as a used session under the appointment policy disclosed in
advance. This policy does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal, rights arising from cancellations
by the provider, or rights relating to defective services. Force majeure and justified reasons are assessed
according to the circumstances; mandatory consumer protection provisions remain applicable.
Withdrawal
For services, a 14-day right of withdrawal without a reason or penalty applies from the conclusion of the
agreement. Notice may be sent to esmaatoker@gmail.com or in writing to the provider’s address. The
statutory withdrawal exception may apply to services whose performance actually begins before the 14-
day period expires with separate consent. Without separate consent, performance does not start early.
Under this model, the e-book sent by email within 24 hours carries a 14-day right of withdrawal from the
conclusion of the agreement; no automatic immediate-delivery exception is applied.
Refunds and complaints
Following valid withdrawal, all payments are refunded within 14 days of receipt of the withdrawal notice
at the latest, using a method appropriate to the original payment instrument and without charges.
Statutory rights relating to undelivered or defective services and content remain unaffected. Requests

consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts according to jurisdiction and monetary thresholds;
pre-litigation mediation applies where required.
Digital use and additional obligations
The e-book is for personal use; resale and unauthorised distribution are prohibited. The connection,
environment and equipment required for training are specified in advance. We charge no special
distance-communication fee beyond ordinary connection costs. This sales model involves no security
payment, deposit or automatic renewal. If a different model is introduced, the form is updated
accordingly before payment.

concerning the main features of the product or service I am purchasing, the total price including taxes,
delivery and performance conditions, and the right of withdrawal.”
