Depending on the transaction, we may process your name and surname, email address, telephone number, billing details, order and payment transaction information, appointment and correspondence records, training goals, and technical records needed for website security. Only information necessary for the relevant transaction is requested. Please do not upload health reports, identity document images or card details to the general enquiry form.

Use of information

Information is used to process orders, deliver the e-book, schedule appointments, provide coaching, respond to questions, issue invoices and maintain security. Any consent required for marketing communications is obtained separately from the purchase.

Payment security

Payments are processed through iyzico. We do not request your full card number or card security code, or store them in our own records. The payment provider’s own privacy notices also apply to data it processes.
